Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
No-Shows

Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Therapist Cancellation
If a session is cancelled by the therapist, clients may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space.

Technical disruptions may require rescheduling at the therapist’s discretion.

Recording sessions is not permitted without written consent.
