Refund Policy

HeadHeart Harmony

At HeadHeart Harmony, we aim to be fair and transparent regarding refunds while respecting the time and commitment required for therapeutic services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Clients are eligible for a full refund if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • Cancellation requests must be made through the booking platform or via official communication channels.

2. Late Cancellations
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for late cancellation.

3. No-Shows
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduled Sessions
  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Rescheduled sessions are not eligible for refunds once the reschedule window has passed.

  • If a rescheduled session is later cancelled, the original cancellation timelines apply.

5. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations
  • If a session is cancelled by the therapist, the client may choose between:

    • A full refund, or

    • Rescheduling the session at no additional cost.

6. Mode of Refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

7. Non-Transferability
  • Refunds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

8. Changes to This Policy
  • HeadHeart Harmony reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
