Refund Policy
HeadHeart Harmony
At HeadHeart Harmony, we aim to be fair and transparent regarding refunds while respecting the time and commitment required for therapeutic services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Clients are eligible for a full refund if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Cancellation requests must be made through the booking platform or via official communication channels.
2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for late cancellation.
3. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduled Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduled sessions are not eligible for refunds once the reschedule window has passed.

If a rescheduled session is later cancelled, the original cancellation timelines apply.
5. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations

If a session is cancelled by the therapist, the client may choose between:

A full refund, or
-
Rescheduling the session at no additional cost.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
7. Non-Transferability

Refunds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
8. Changes to This Policy

HeadHeart Harmony reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
